The flexibility you need

Elizabeth Wade is based out of the Triangle, but will travel to anywhere in North Carolina.  Mileage will be charged for mediations or consultations held outside Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties.  She is also available to mediate select evenings.

Ms. Wade offers in-person and online mediations. Although in-person mediations are almost always the best option, online mediations can also be a viable alternative in certain circumstances.  She also consults parties in preparing for their upcoming mediations with other mediators.  This service is particularly helpful for people who have never been through a mediation or for attorneys or parties who wish to ensure that they take full advantage of their opportunity for settlement.

A free orientation session is available for those who would like to learn more about mediation and to assess whether mediation is right for them.

An administrative fee of $125 will apply and fees are billed at a rate of $125 per hour. Fees are presumed to be split equally between the parties, unless the parties agree to another arrangement.
