Elizabeth Wade, Mediator - Carolina Dispute ResolutionElizabeth Wade is a licensed attorney who currently serves as a Magistrate Judge in Durham County. She has devoted her private practice to mediation because she sees mediation as a better alternative to litigation for many people. She has been mediating disputes since 2001.

Certifications and Licenses:
- Certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (DRC) to conduct Superior Court Mediated Settlement Conferences
- Certified by the NCDRC to conduct mediations arising out of Clerk of Court actions
- Certified by the North Carolina Industrial Commission to conduct Workers’ Compensation mediations
- Certified to conduct Better Business Bureau arbitrations
- Licensed to practice law by the North Carolina Bar
